The continuous development of the Internet in today’s society has brought tremendous changes to network technology.The widespread application of the Internet not only has a huge impact on the current economic and social development,but also penetrates into all aspects of modern people’s lives,and has also evolved into one of the important ways of information dissemination,such as culture and economy.The way people get along is truly “connected“ because of the Internet.In today’s society,the Internet is no longer an independent individual.The deeper meaning behind it lies in the huge development prospects brought by the connection with various industries.This kind of relationship is inextricably linked.With its strong interconnectivity,dissemination,and unique penetration and influence,the network tends to easily increase the complexity of simple problems,make common problems popular,and turn case problems into Group,comprehensive possibilities,this is a great challenge for all walks of life.In order to cope with the various challenges brought by big data to the management of corporate public opinion,this article starts from the basic theory and operating mechanism of corporate public opinion management,and takes the construction of the online public opinion management system of HDL company,a catering service company,as the research object.The reality of the industry in which the company is located discusses how the company’s public opinion management system can adapt to changes in the era of big data and address many challenges brought about by new environments and technologies.Based on the 4R model,the public opinion management process is designed and the corresponding management strategy is proposed.Provide decision-making support for enterprises to resist potential risks and resolve crises,and then create a healthy and rational public opinion atmosphere for enterprise development,and play a positive role in shaping a good corporate image.For enterprises,first of all,they must lower the threshold of their perception of response in order to achieve timely processing in the “golden four hours“ of public relations crisis public relations.Secondly,in the enterprise’s response measures,the attitude of senior management to take responsibility plays an important role in reversing the emotional tendency of public opinion.Once a crisis event occurs,showing the public a sense of responsibility is actually showing the responsibility of the company itself.At the same time,instead of pushing the responsibility on the employees,it also shows the society the humanized management of an enterprise,and it is easier to get the understanding of the majority of netizens.And the positive reports from the media will eventually help companies to win the rapid cooling of negative public opinion heat and more lasting positive public opinion heat.Then,we must pay attention to the areas where the core competitiveness of the company has,and try to ensure that no serious problems occur at the core competitiveness level.Finally,from the perspective of the overall response of the enterprise,the different types of crisis events are graded,and the enterprise force required for each level of event is determined,so that it is easy to quickly know how many types of response measures are taken,how strong,how Guide positive public opinion and play a good response.
