In 2009,China has started the newnational healthreform.The implementation of measures such as "limited prescriptions" and "price cuts" for pharmaceuticals,and the increase in the cost of marketing medicines for commercial companies have led to a decrease in the pharmaceutical profits of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies,and brought tremendous development to pharmaceutical companies.At the same time,due to factors such as the ageing of the population and changes in the disease spectrum,the use of neuroprotective agents in China continues to increase,bringing huge market prospects for such drugs.Edaravone,a chemical prescription drug produced by S company,is a high-quality neuroprotective agent.It entered the national drug guideline in 2014,and its product sales have been greatly improved,but it faces fierce competition.This article adopts the classic theory of marketing and drug marketing theory,relying on its own years of experience in sales of clinical medicine,has conducted in-depth analysis and research on the internal and external environment of the company's chemical prescription drug Edaravone,using SWOT analysis,analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the company's chemical prescription drug Edaravone.Based on the classic 4Ps marketing theory,the four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion were analyzed,and corresponding strategies were formulated.In terms of product strategy,through the construction of the core value of edaravone's advanced level pharmaceuticals,and through drug consulting and adverse reaction feedback to enhance the added value of drugs.In the price strategy,maintain the overall stability of prices,and establish a strategy based on competition-led pricing that considers product costs and customer acceptance.In terms of channel strategies,select high-quality commercial companies to achieve strategic cooperation,strengthen product coverage,and increase the market development of county-level hospitals.In terms of promotion strategies,we will strengthen advertising,invest in professional exhibitions,build public relations,and establish a good cooperative relationship with target hospitals.Finally,from the perspective of improving the marketing team,establishing effective personnel training programs,building an academic promotion atmosphere,and focusing on the application of the information system,the marketing strategy can be implemented.
