Based on the domestic and foreign scholars about performance appraisal method on the basis of combing and summary,in view of the present TD company,analyzing the present situation and problems of performance appraisal of TD company's current performance appraisal method of the single,imperfect system,performance appraisal system goals are not clear,failed to establish an effective system of rewards and punishment,part of the company high-level understanding of performance appraisal is insufficient,only stay in the department assessment,on the basis of not combined with company strategic goals and improve the level of performance to correct understanding of performance appraisal.Therefore,a MBO+KPI assessment system that I think is feasible is proposed based on the idea and appropriate method of performance assessment with different objectives as the subject.This study mainly starts from five aspects,which are the first part,introduction.The introduction mainly expounds the background of the subject selection and the significance of the research,and on the basis of summarizing and summarizing the current research status of performance appraisal methods for employees at home and abroad,it puts forward the innovation points,main,research contents and ideas of this paper.This part,according to the status quo of performance assessment and the main methods adopted by TD company,analyzes the performance,difficulties and existing problems of performance assessment of TD company.The third part,TD performance evaluation system improvement ideas and appropriate methods.This part is mainly to creatively put forward the idea and appropriate method of employee performance assessment based on the company's post coverage,company management and business type,company operation and development goals and company and employee development.The fourth part is the reference scheme of performance appraisal improvement of TD corporation with the main line of management by objectives.This chapter is mainly based on the improvement idea of the performance appraisal system of TD company in the previous chapter,and proposes to provide a specific reference scheme for the performance appraisal of TD company by using the performance appraisal system combining objective management with key performance indicators.The fifth part is the research conclusion and prospect.It is mainly to put forward the research conclusion of this paper and the direction of further application in the future.
