| Since the implementation of Reform and Opening-up Policy,Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to poverty alleviation project.Especially when Chinese president Xi Jinping raised the concept of "Targeted Poverty Alleviation",poverty alleviation project has started a new period.After nearly five years hard work,poverty alleviation project has made great progress.However,objectively speaking,there are still many difficulties to achieve a comprehensive victory in 2020.Now,poverty alleviation project has come to its vital period,whose difficulties trapped in deep poverty areas.It features poor natural conditions,deep poverty and weak out-of-poverty ability.Taking Gupo village as the main research object,this paper focusing on studying the development status of targeted poverty alleviati on work,analyzing problems,sharing promotive experience,and instituting a feasible plan which can help deep poverty villages get out of poverty.Firstly,this paper makes a careful study of the documents,materials and website information about targeted poverty alleviation at home and abroad,so as to determine the research ideas and methods.Secondly,this paper has found the causes of poverty in Gupo Village,a typical deep poverty village,Changle Town,Huayuan County,Xiangxi Province by a comprehensive analysis of its current situation,that is,poor natural conditions,old infrastructure,weak industrial foundation,conservative and closed ideas,and weak Party organization leadership.After analyzing some advanced and successful poverty alleviation cases such as Party Leadership Model in Wulangxi Village,Industry Group Development Model in Huanglianggou Village,"Village-based" Model in Yongzhou City,this paper has proposed feasible poverty alleviation measures and suggestions from five aspects: industrial project,infrastructure upgrading project,grass-roots organization construction project,talent education and training project and rural culture inheritance project. |
