C2M mode is a new type of e-commerce mode which directly connects consumers with production and manufacturing links.It includes a complete e-commerce transaction process and adds the whole production and manufacturing process.Compared with the traditional e-commerce mode,C2M e-commerce mode has the advantage of eliminating the intermediate supplier link,reducing the inventory of finished products and meeting the differentiated needs of consumers.Comparing with the traditional e-commerce model,the C2M model puts forward a completely opposite response mechanism,which is,the personalized demand of consumers is in the front.And the manufacturing process is completely adjusted according to consumers' purchase intention.Therefore,the main problem in the development of C2M mode lies in how the "M" end(i.e.production and manufacturing links)can match the personalized needs of the "C" end(i.e.consumers)through adjustment and transformation.On this issue,the existing literature is mainly from the perspective of industry selection of C2M mode application,development strategy of C2M enterprises and case analysis of C2M mode application.It can be seen that the current research is more from the perspective of management of production and manufacturing links,giving suggestions to improve and develop C2M e-commerce mode,and few studies are given how to change the mode of production is effective.In this paper,by combining the characteristics of consumer demand in C2M mode,we study the change of results brought by different production modes,discuss the establishment of better production strategies,and give a feasible selection method of production modes,which will be an important way to improve the production capacity of "M" end.Through discussing the consumer demand of C2M mode,this paper finds that compared with the pipeline production mode used in the traditional e-commerce mode,the unit production mode can better meet a series of demand characteristics of C2M mode.At the same time,it is found that the worker's learning stage in the manufacturing process will meet the consumer demand under different production modes.The process of calculating response has great influence.Through mathematical modeling,worker learning process is introduced into unit production,which makes the worker scheduling at the "M" end more in line with the personalized demand of C2M mode.At the same time,the human reliability analysis of the optimal scheduling method is carried out to improve the stability of production links.Through data experiments,the real consumer demand of C2M mode is simulated.At the same time,the scientific and effective model is verified,and the results are discussed under the experimental data,so as to help the production and manufacturing links find the appropriate mode of production.The experimental results show that:firstly,in the face of large-scale,individualized and decentralized consumer demand,worker's learning process will have a greater impact on the production and manufacturing links in C2M mode,unit production can improve production capacity,and the proportion of worker's learning time in pipeline production will be more obvious;secondly,learning process will have a greater impact on the production and manufacturing links in C2M mode.The uniform arrangement of the more efficient workers and the completion of multi-process learning for such workers can reduce the response time of the "M" end and have relatively good reliability.Thirdly,when the number of learning processes of high-quality employees is large,it will also affect the production time,and even weaken the impact of poor qualified workers'ability on the production process.The significance of this study lies in:on the one hand,in the C2M mode,workers' learning process and production mode are integrated to complete the establishment of mathematical model;on the other hand,facing the characteristics of consumer demand in the C2M mode,we can find better response strategies from the process of workers'scheduling in the production link;on the other hand,through the analysis of human reliability.The evaluation method of production link scheduling results under C2M mode is improved.In this paper,a reasonable planning and modeling of production links under C2M mode is presented,which is of great value to improve the production mode of "M"end under this mode.
