| Since 2017,shared bicycles have evoked an upsurge in China.There are a large number of different brands of shared bicycles on the streets of various cities.Not only are they huge and surprisingly fast,they rely on the development of the Internet and the popularity of mobile phones.The "sharing economy" model has deeply affected people’s lives and concepts.However,in practice,there are huge deviations between the "ought to be" and "actual status"of shared bicycles,and related issues are frequent.In view of this,the article analyzes the current status and problems of the development of shared bicycles in Nanning.The government,the enterprise,and the public are sorted out about the relationship among the innovations of the shared bicycle model,and a coordinated governance model of "government guidance,enterprise leadership,and public participation" is proposed.The content of this article first introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis for collaborative cycling of shared bicycles.including the origin and development of bicycle sharing contributions to the city,as well as the theoretical connotation,collaborative governance subject and division of responsibilities of the collaborative governance analysis one the adaptability of the governance theory and practice sharing;then,analyzes the present situation of the development of bicycle sharing in Nanning city the relevant laws and regulations,the encounter is not perfect,are caused by traffic congestion,some security risks,resulting in a serious waste of resources and damage to the high rate of bicycle sharing;based on the above issues,analyzes the current situation of public bicycle service system of the Beijing,Dongguan,Shanghai and other advanced city,and obtains some enlightenment on Nanning bicycle finally,according to the development of sharing;the current problems,combined with the experience of foreign developed countries,put forward From the government,the enterprise,the public three aspects of coordinated control of the healthy development of Nanning single car.I hope that through this study,we can share a little effort to share the single car in Nanning,and make some theoretical guidance for the construction of beautiful Nanning. |
