Research On Performance Management In Xiangyun County Office,State Administration Of Taxation

Since the 1990s,the Xiangyun County tax system has begun to reform the performance management of the county's tax system,and in practice explores the applicability of the theory of performance management in government departments.After years of hard work,the Xiangyun County State Taxation Bureau has formed a performance management system with performance appraisal as the core.Since China's current taxation department is the government's vertical management department,it adopts central to local management methods in terms of manpower and finance,and serves the state and the people is the purpose of the taxation department.Strengthening the work of the taxation department to improve service efficiency is taxation.An important guarantee for departmental services.Therefore,exploring effective performance management methods in the taxation department has become the focus of the implementation of the national taxation department in Xiangyun County and other parts of the country.Based on the theory of performance appraisal at home and abroad,and the government-based performance management implemented in other regions of China,this paper studies the performance management system of the State Taxation Bureau of Xiangyun County and continues to study the performance appraisal in Xiangyun County.Bureau application.The research in this paper goes into the current situation of the Xiangyun County State Taxation Bureau,analyzes the status quo of performance management,forms a new performance management system,and evaluates the effects of performance management in the Xiangyun County Taxation Bureau and possible problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.This paper promotes the application of performance management in the Xiangyun County State Taxation Bureau and improves the application theory of performance management in government departments.At the same time,it has very important practical significance for improving the efficiency of the Xiangyun County State Taxation Bureau and giving experience to other taxation departments.
