A Study On Working Capital Management Of AC Cooperation

In recent years,with the ever-increasing degree of world economic integration,China's economy has developed rapidly and the competition in various industries has become increasingly fierce.Many domestic and foreign scholars have analyzed the operating status and future development trends of the company and proposed that working capital management has a very important impact on the development of the company.Companies need to improve from all aspects to strengthen the management of working capital,so as to enhance the company's core competitiveness and promote the long-term development of the company.The author selects fund management for analysis and research,hoping to provide certain ideas for the company to strengthen fund management,and put forward effective solutions for improving the efficiency of capital management.This article selects a well-known pharmaceutical company Jiang's traditional Chinese medicine industry for analysis,and hopes to use this case to more vividly illustrate the important role of working capital management in the operation and development of enterprises,and puts forward suggestions for companies to strengthen the management of working capital.The author first introduced the reason and purpose of the topic in the article,and then elaborated the status quo of current working capital management and the related theoretical research in China.On this basis,the current situation of the management of the working capital of the Chinese medicine industry is analyzed in depth,the problems existing in the management of the working capital of the company are found,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed and the methods for improvement are proposed.Through the analysis and research on the current situation of the management of the working capital of Jiang Medicine,the author finds that the company has insufficient understanding of the working capital management and needs to optimize and improve its working capital management system.Specifically,the company should organically combine channel management and working capital management to improve its internal working capital management system and promote the further development of the enterprise.In addition,the company's management of marketing channels and procurement channels needs to be strengthened.Therefore,the author puts forward several suggestions for the management of the working capital of Jiang Traditional Chinese Medicine: First,the company should formulate a scientific and reasonable system according to its actual situation;second,the company should optimize and improve the management of the channel process through various methods.Third,enterprises need to improve their channel relationship construction;Fourth,companies should train employees and management to form a working capital management concept based on channel management.In fact,the introduction of channel management concept of working capital management can effectively improve the company's working capital management level and promote the long-term development of the company.The author selects the management of working capital for analysis and hopes to provide ideas and reference for the management of working capital of other companies.
