Research On The Business Transformation And Development Strategy Of The Nanjing Branch Of China Everbright Bank

As China’s economy enters a new normal and economic growth slows down,commercial banks are facing economic slowdown,deposit diversion,financing disintermediation,narrowing interest margin,strict supervision,asset quality decline and other adverse predicaments.This also makes the current development model of commercial banks facing multiple difficulties,in the market operation mechanism and competition pattern is changing,commercial banks into the road of transformation.How to break through the bottleneck of commercial bank transformation has become an important topic for Chinese commercial banks to pay close attention to.An important component of the business development of a company’s business bank is its main source of profit.Exploring the development path of commercial banks’ business is the main task for commercial banks to strive for development.This paper uses the method of "theory + practice" to analyze the business status of Nanjing Branch of China Everbright Bank Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Everbright Nanjing")and illustrates the urgency and inevitability of business transformation of Everbright Nanjing Company.At present,although Everbright Nanjing has begun the business transformation of the company,but due to the continuous changes in national regulatory policies and economic environment,Everbright Nanjing business is still in a bottleneck period of development,which provides a good opportunity for writing this article.Starting from the obstacles encountered in the process of business transformation and the changing environment,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the status quo of business transformation and the possible problems in the process of business transformation in Nanjing Everbright University,and actively discusses the shares through the relevant theories and tools of strategic management.Effective measures for the healthy development of corporate business of commercial banks are conducive to the "turning crisis into safety" of commercial banks in the domestic and foreign economic environment,which also provides a theoretical basis for commercial banks to better adapt to the new normal economy,and provides a basis for the transformation and development of commercial banks’corporate business,with reference value.
