Study On The Development Of Tobacco Industrialization In Shixing County,Guangdong Province And Its Countermeasures

With the rapid development of economy and society,the mode of industrialized production and management has become the fundamental trend to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers,and to promote agricultural production and farmers' income.Industrialization of tobacco planting,processing and management is the basis of leapfrog development of tobacco industry.Based on the development theory of agricultural industrialization and on the basis of the research on the development model and practical experience of planting,processing and management industrialization in foreign developed economies and major domestic tobacco producing areas,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the conditions,advantages,current situation,problems and constraints of Tobacco Industrialization Development in Shixing County.Suggestions and Countermeasures for realizing tobacco industrialization development are put forward.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Shixing County of Guangdong Province belongs to subtropical monsoon climate,with flat terrain,fertile land,abundant light,high degree of information and mechanization,and mature tobacco cultivation technology,which meet the requirements of Tobacco Industrialization development.(2)The development of Tobacco Industrialization in Shixing County is facing many constraints.(3)To realize Tobacco Industrialization production,top-level design must be carried out from the aspects of policy support,system guarantee and specific countermeasures.Combining with the actual situation of Shixing County and the problems it faces,the paper puts forward the following suggestions and Countermeasures for industrialization development: tobacco planting:(1)moderately expanding the scale of planting and building the tobacco industry belt.(2)Improve the water infrastructure of tobacco fields to create good conditions for tobacco growth.(3)Strengthen the promotion of new tobacco planting technology and improve tobacco production efficiency.(4)Establish a long-term talent mechanism to train professional tobacco farmers.Tobacco processing:(1)Establishing comprehensive curing barn to improve the quality of tobacco curing.(2)Innovation of tobacco curing organization model to improve tobacco processing efficiency.(3)Promoting advanced tobacco curing technology to improve the quality of tobacco leaf output.(4)Improve the incentive mechanism for tobacco technicians and mobilize the enthusiasm of technical instructors.In the aspect of tobacco management:(1)To adapt to the market demand and scientifically plan the industrial layout.(2)Implementing scientific classification to improve the sales revenue of tobacco leaves.(3)Increase propaganda of monopoly policy and enhance tobacco farmers' awareness of monopoly.
