Study On The Restricting Problems And Countermeasures Of Housing Industrialization Of China

Housing industry is an important part of the national economy of China. Housing Industrialization is a significant measure to promote development of housing industry of China. Realization of the Housing industrialization will improve product quality, meet the people's demand for domestic products, optimize the allocation of resources, promote all-round rapid economic development and improve the efficiency of domestic production.Housing Industrialization is not a new question for discussion in China, but,In practice, the development of Housing Industrialization encountered in a lot of obstacles so that the industrialization of residential was still in slow process. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the problems which existed in the process of Housing Industrialization through the analysis and study and to explore measures to promote the development of.This thesis first introduced related concepts about housing industry and Housing Industrialization as well as the significance of realization of the housing industry Housing Industrialization. Second, introduced and analyzed main characteristics of development of Housing Industrialization in foreign countries. Then, analyzed the present situation of housing industry in China and Summed up tow noticeable ways—using theory of new model industrialization as guidelines of development of the Housing Industrialization, promoting the implement of Housing Industrialization with industrial chain, which can improve the Housing Industrialization in ChinaFinally, the involved main body of Housing Industrialization is divided into three parts: the government, consumers, housing industry-related enterprise. Analyze problems which were met by the main bodies and provide the appropriate response for these problems according to the characteristics of every principal part. For problems faced by the government in the process of Housing Industrialization, the thesis put forward carrying out further implementation of policies of construction standardization,improving the incentive function of Housing Industrialization policies and constituting a complete theoretical system of Housing Industrialization policy. For problems faced by the consumers in the process of Housing Industrialization, the thesis put forward meeting the personal demands of consumers by using information technology. For problems faced by the enterprises in the process of Housing Industrialization, the thesis put forward establishing of domestic incentives in related enterprises, carrying out the innovation of enterprise's organization by using theory of virtual enterprise and improving industrial production of residential products through agile manufacturing.
