A Research Under The Background Of Asset Evaluation About The Development Strategy Of WB Assets Evaluation Company

With the China's first asset appraisal law introduced in 2016,each assessment industry association organizes its member units to discuss what the opportunities and challenges of the assessment industry have been created,and to formulate industry development plans.As one of the largest professional asset appraisers in Zhejiang Province,WB Assets Evaluation Company also needs to develop its development strategy in order to maintain its advantages and take the initiative in the fierce future market environment.Based on this,combining my own abundant experience in asset assessment and business management,I study the corporate development strategy of WB Assets Evaluation Company in the context of asset appraisal law.Firstly,through the existing research literature,I summarize the related concepts of asset valuation?the content of asset appraisal law and the impact on the evaluation industry?the theory and analytical methods of enterprise development strategy and the research status of enterprise development strategies on domestic and foreign.Secondly,I analyzes the development status of WB Assets Evaluation Company and industry.The main contents include the overview of WB Assets Evaluation Company,development status and assets assessment industry analysis.Thirdly,I use the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis to analyze the strategic positioning of WB Asset Evaluation Company.Finally,combined with the analysis of the previous chapters,I determine the development strategy of WB Assets Evaluation Company,and prepare the implementation measures and safeguard measures of WB Assets Evaluation Company's development strategy at the same time.Through the paper' s research,the optimal development strategy of WB Assets Evaluation Company should be ST,which uses its own advantages to avoid external threats.In order to make WB Assets Evaluation Company's development strategy be carried out smoothly,this paper proposes the following four safeguard measures,namely:human resources security,financial resources security,corporate culture construction security,and management responsibility division of strategic execution.Although these safeguards are proposed for WB Assets Evaluation Company,they also can be given to the other assets evaluation companies to implement development strategies for reference.
