TANGSHAN DUNSHI ELECTRIC CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to asDSEC)was founded in2006, DSEC is one of pillar industry in JIDOING developmentgroup at equipment manufacturing, is an national new hi-tech enterprise and is engagedin electrical manufacture and engineering service area. In recent years, as the greatchange of the internal and external conditions of the company, brings a lot of problemsfor the long-term development of the enterprise, how to realize company’s transformationin next3to5years and establish a related development strategy has become a toppriority.First, this article study the related basic theories by the means of enterprisedevelopment strategy, and systematically review the environment which DSEC facednow, it adopt PEST analysis method to do a sequential analysis for the externalenvironment; and for the company’s internal environment, it makes a simpleand profound analyze at human resource, finance, production management and marketing.To find the bottleneck factors that restricted the long-term development of the company.Second, in the chapter of development strategic elements evaluation and strategicpositioning, it used various management analysis tools such as SWOT matrix andquadrant analysis method, detailed analyze the competitive advantages and competitivedisadvantages of the DSEC and the opportunities and threat factors which DSEC faced to.It established SO strategy for the DSEC, which is developmental strategy.Third, for the development strategy establishment process, this article mainly usingthe theoretical knowledge of strategic map, and drawing a strategic map of DSEC insystem and intuitive way which in four items-finance, customer&market, internalprocess, learning&innovation. It also establish matched Implementation plan andsupporting measures according to the overall design lay out of the strategic map.The research results of the article will play guidance role at present and next3to5years development of DSEC, hope to establish solid foundation for the company’ssustainable, healthy, stable and rapid development.
