Research On Quality Management Optimization Of Tianjin Unicom Mobile Network Base Station Construction Project

The development degree of informatization is an important standard for modern society civilization.As the transmission site of the transmission information signal system,base station plays an important role in the development of whole information industry.From the prospective of project management,base station building project with some features such as building project with multiple sub-projects,the number of participants is huge,construction time tight and easy to be vulnerable of by exoteric factors.These elements can cause problems for project quality control,furthermore,affecting the efficiency of base station construction,this is directly influence operator survive and thrive.In such background,it is significant to explore base station construction project quality control management.This paper adopts theory combines case study research method,exploring project management,quality control and items quality management theory and so on,making a point of the importance of mobile net base station construction project quality control management,taking the Tianjin Unicom's 2014 first-stage mobile net base station construction project for example,making some actions such as reconnaissance,design,execution,supervision and so on.In practical work to improve quality,consummating Tianjin unicom's base station construction project quality control activity,rising project efficiency,reducing cost,all in all,improving enterprise revenues.
