At present,the logistics enterprises in Guizhou province are mostly small in scale,weak in logistics capacity,and in many traditional logistics enterprises,showing a single service mode,low level of service,low level of information and weak operation ability,which leads to low efficiency of logistics enterprises in Guizhou Province,the development of enterprises,and the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises in Guizhou province.The level is imminent.The transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises under the internet background is not a simple upgrading of logistics information,but not a simple interconnection and intercommunication,but a comprehensive transformation of the existing logistics operation mode and logistics concept with the Internet thinking,to study the path for the transformation and upgrading of the logistics enterprises in Guizhou Province,and to improve the competition for the logistics enterprises in Guizhou.It is of great significance to increase efficiency.Based on the development status of logistics enterprises in Guizhou Province,this paper analyzes the motivation and influencing factors of the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises with the thinking of the Internet,and realizes the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou logistics enterprises from three dimensions of strategy,organizational structure and business model respectively.Then take the Renhuai Xinning wine supply chain Limited by Share Ltd as an example to verify the boost function of the Internet on the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises,and provide reference and demonstration for other logistics enterprises.Based on Internet technology and thinking,this paper analyzes the path of transformation and upgrading of Guizhou logistics enterprises,which is innovative in research methods and perspectives.Besides,this paper focuses on the research of Guizhou logistics enterprises,and lacks of reference samples for other regions' successful transformation and upgrading.
