Research On Transformation And Upgrading Of HK-invested Enterprises Of The Pearl River Delta In The Driving Of "Internet+"

At present,we are in the "Internet Era" represented by networking,big data and intelligent manufacturing."Internet+" is not only an innovative technology,but also a new economic form.In addition,it's a new way of thinking and a kind of management idea.It has important theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact on transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta for regarding "Internet+" as a basic concept and technology innovation.The thesis starts with the analysis of the status quo of the operation and investment of HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta,then introduces the connotation and characteristics of HK-invested enterprises,the stage of investment and development of Hong Kong businessmen in the Pearl River Delta and the characteristics of the operation and management of HK-invested enterprises.Based on the available data,the thesis also makes a comprehensive analysis on four aspects of the investment situation,industry distribution,location distribution and development trend of HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta.Subsequently,based on the above analysis,the thesis further summarizes the specific problems faced by HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta at the current stage.For the "Internet+" era of innovation,the thesis analyses its driving effect on the transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta from a theoretical point of view.In the empirical aspect,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of HK-invested enterprises in Pearl River Delta to excavate the main influencing factors in the process of transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta.The thesis insists that the role of "Internet+" in promoting the transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises is mainly reflected in the following: 1."Internet+" is an important force driving the transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises;2."big data" helps to build a network system for the innovative development of HK-invested enterprises;3."Intelligent Manufacturing" can improve the quality and efficiency of HK-invested enterprises and reduce costs;4."cross-border e-commerce" can help break through the time-space boundary of HK-invested enterprises.And the thesis concludes that the driving force of innovation does indeed play a positive role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises under the "Internet+".The research results provide strategic support for the transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises.Through in-depth analysis of the transformation and upgrading mechanism of HK-invested enterprises in the Pearl River Delta,the thesis puts forward some policyrecommendations on the transformation and upgrading of HK-invested enterprises in the end.
