How to raise the competitiveness of products with lower production costs and higher product quality has become a focus for aerospace companies.Under the current situation of market-oriented reforms,it is increasingly pressing to seize the opportunities for development and upgrade the scientific research and production capabilities of aerospace companies,especially in the face of fierce market competition,it is increasingly important to improve product quality and reduce product costs.Under such circumstances,aerospace companies have proposed a "five-unified" development strategy.The "consolidated procurement",also known as centralized procurement,has a huge effect on reducing the cost of aerospace companies and improving the quality of their products.However,the key to the success of the centralized procurement strategy lies in the evaluation of the suppliers.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the evaluation of the supplier's evaluation of the centralized procurement of the A enterprise,improve the evaluation efficiency of the centralized procurement supplier of the A enterprise,and the effect of the centralized procurement of the A enterprise.This article has conducted a field survey of an aerospace company in Guiyang and investigated the situation since the implementation of centralized procurement in 2012.After the implementation of centralized procurement,A enterprise needs to evaluate a large number of suppliers,including through centralized procurement and decentralization.The comparative analysis of purchases clarified the principle of constructing suppliers' evaluation indicators based on centralized procurement,combined with the reading of related documents,built a supplier evaluation index system based on centralized procurement,and passed the review of relevant experts of A enterprise.The supplier evaluation system compares the original evaluation system with the original evaluation system,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.Then,according to the characteristics of centralized procurement in A enterprise and the characteristics of the evaluation methods found in the literature reading,the method of data envelopment analysis was selected to evaluate suppliers.Through the preliminary analysis of the supplier's DEA BCC model,combined with the relaxation analysis and the analysis of the target value,suggestions were made on the direction of improvement of the relevant suppliers.Finally,a unique full ordering of suppliers was made in combination with the super-efficiency DEA model.The results show that the improved supplier evaluation method is better than the original supplier evaluation method.The article evaluates and studies the suppliers of A enterprise and provides a simple reference for future evaluation of their suppliers by this type of aerospace company.According to the evaluation of 16 suppliers in A enterprise,it is known that effective suppliers account for relatively few,and most suppliers evaluate the results as ineffective.According to the analysis of the improvement of non-effective suppliers,the supplier's technical and scale improvement suggestions are obtained.Then through strengthening the cooperation with high-quality suppliers,we propose suggestions or warnings to non-effective suppliers to improve the management of suppliers,so as to achieve centralized procurement,reduce product costs,improve product quality,and finally achieve the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
