In the context of commercial banks,under the background of deepening reform in the banking industry,based on their own experience,the leadership style through their own observation and the analysis of the leadership style of domestic and foreign scholars,it is found that the transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style are discussed more in the current research of leadership style.And because of their own work reasons,contact with more for the transaction-oriented leadership,coupled with the "public entrepreneurship,the people of Innovation" macro background,can not help but have doubts:in the context of commercial banks,transaction-oriented leadership to effectively motivate employees,promote staff innovation? Does the transactional leadership affect the employee's innovative behavior while the employee's self-efficacy plays a mediating role? Does work values play a role in regulating transactional leadership and employee self-efficacy?For the booming banking industry,only by upgrading all aspects of innovation ability,in order to enhance competitiveness,to achieve greater advantage in the competition.Based on the perspective of banking credit staff,combined with their own work practice,taking the Shenzhen City Commercial Bank as the background,this paper introduces the two variables of self-efficacy and work value to make empirical research on the impact of transactional leadership on employee innovation behavior,hoping to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for practical management.This paper aims to study the relationship between transactional leadership,Self-efficacy,employee innovation behavior and work values through empirical methods.On the basis of this proposition,through reading domestic and foreign research literatures,the definition of the four main variables discussed in this paper and the relationship between them are determined,and the relation of each variable is proved by supporting questionnaire design and data analysis,and the conclusion is obtained.The analysis of the thesis is divided into five chapters.First,the introduction.This paperfocuses on the background,purpose,significance,methods and main contents of this topic.Second,the domestic and international research on this field of theoretical status of the basic commentary.This paper focuses on the integration of the relevant research results,and then discusses the theoretical development of the variables involved,as well as the theoretical analysis of the relationship between related variables.Its third,research design.Focus on the overall analysis of the model,assumptions,object selection and the determination of tools and other issues.The empirical analysis of the impact of transactional leadership on innovation behavior is carried out.The emphasis is on descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity validation,and related regression calculations.Its five,conclusions and prospects.Based on the analysis of the previous chapters,this paper makes a clear summary of the basic thesis and the limitation of the research.The innovation of this thesis is that: In the past,the relevant research is mainly aimed at the traditional enterprises of non-financial institutions,based on Shenzhen,Shenzhen City Commercial bank credit personnel as the main research object,and the bank's credit products are different from the traditional goods,after the loan management is also very important,which requires in the initial investigation and provide supporting services.This paper to start here.
