Job reshaping helps motivate employees to work,encourage employees to achieve self-development,and then improve their work performance and promote the long-term development of the organization.In this process,organizational identification plays a key role in regulating.However,due to the reshaping of work is a relatively new research field,it is necessary to adopt a more rigorous empirical investigation method to further explore.In fact,it is clear that organizational adjustment plays a moderating role in the effect of job remolding on employees' work performance,which is of great practical significance for exploring job remolding in Chinese context.Especially with the deepening development of economic globalization and trade globalization,the competition in all walks of life is increasing.Employee performance as the core component of organizational performance should be fully valued by the organization.Based on the above understanding,with the aid of SPSS22.0 software and the "questionnaire survey star" platform,with four commercial banks(China bank,construction bank,agricultural bank,industrial and commercial Chinese China China influence)210 employees as the research object,analysis of the impact of the work of remaking the job performance of employees,through analyzing the moderating effects of organizational identification.Accurately grasp the work of remaking will affect the performance of employees under what conditions,and put forward to enhance the performance of the staff's recommendations according to the data analysis results.First of all,combined with the existing literature,introduces the concepts related to the work of remaking,job performance and organizational identity,build a solid theoretical foundation;secondly,design research,select the appropriate variable dimensions,and the necessary data are collected through questionnaires;thirdly,empirical analysis,in-depth discussion and remodeling work the relationship between job performance and organizational identification moderating effect on the relationship between the two;finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,put forward some feasible suggestions,such as establishing a sound human resources management system,the establishment of employee and organization of two-way communication channels,focus on the organization of work atmosphere and to optimize the salary incentive system.It is found that increasing structural work resources,increasing social work resources and increasing challenging work have a positive impact on employees' job performance;organizational identification has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between job remolding and employee job performance.As the research in this paper is based on practical investigation and solid theory,the conclusions drawn from the study can enrich the experience of improving organizational management level and improving employee performance.
