Organizational identification is an important concept organizational behavior,it plays a vital role in development of the organization. Tobacco industry is the important source of Chinese revenue.With China joining WTO,the marketing process of Chinese tobacco management system became fast.The domestic tobacco enterprises were forced to face the strong competition from international tobacco companies. However, Because of the particularity of the tobacco industry, the staff did not have a strong identification to the tobacco industry organizations. Based on the studying how the tobacco industry Employee's organizational identification affects contextual performance, we can get the present condition of the tobacco industry Employee's organizational identification and predict the tobacco industry Employee's contextual performance level, and it can provide theoretical guidance for the tobacco enterprise managers to improve the management model.Based on present theories about the causality between organizational identification and contextual performance, Organizational identity through the establishment of performance of the associated model, design the questionnaire, targeted tobacco companies in Ningbo, and the level of the three county offices directly under the conducting of surveys, by analyzing the data, using empirical means of in-depth study of tobacco industry Identification of their associated organizational performance.It makes use of analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis to analyze the questionnaires data, and get conclusions as follows: (1)the tobacco industry employee's different personality markedly affect organizational identification and contextual performance differently; (2)the tobacco industry employee's organizational identification is significant variable which affects contextual performance; (3)the tobacco industry employee's attribution of organizational identification make notable influence on his interpersonal promotion, but the survival organizational identification and the success of organizational identification don't make influence on it; (4)the tobacco industry employee's survival,attribution,success of organizational identification make notable influence on his working dedication.Through the empirical study to verify the identity of the organization to improve staff associated with the enterprise performance and sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises to obtain a positive influence, and finally by Ningbo practical applications related to tobacco companies, and more specifically describes the research of this topic value, but also for the tobacco industry enterprises and the development of other domestic enterprises to provide a useful reference.
