Research On The Project Planning And Lmplementation Strategy Of Panjin Dawa Area Leisure Agriculture Rural Tourism

Our country has a long history with vast territory,Rich agricultural resources and diverse folk culture,which show advantages of developing leisure agricultural and rural tourism?Leisure agricultural and rural tourism is a new bright spot of tourism development in recent years,which effectively integrated of agricultural and rural tourism,based on modern agricultural industry,formed an industrial chain of rural folk customs,traditional culture and modern scenery spot.This is a new bridge for the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry based on the concept of ecological tourism.In this paper,we use the theory of Project Management and Tourism Management,considering the unbalance of tourism products system and seasonality,and each scenic spot(point)is not closely linked and lacking of attraction of tourist,and so on issues.Finally put forward the project concept of overall plan and implementation strategy for Dawa District.First,in view of the advantages and disadvantages of existing resources of Dawa District,using SWOT analysis method to make a scientific analysis of the tourism development prospects of the Dawa,and affirm the prospect of leisure agriculture and rural tourism development in Dawa District.Secondly,through the design of rice paddy slow system throughout the Dawa District,integration of the region's all tourism resources including dotted homestay and 14 Town Street key project,determine the development stratage of Dawa leisure agriculture are village tourism industry.Finally,through strategy feasibility study of developing rural leisure tourism project,we hope the Dawa tourism revenue and tourist to achieve explosive growth,and leisure agriculture and rural tourism will be a new solution to lead Dawa district to realize the comprehensive transformation and built a higher level of well-off society.
