The Rural Logistics' Assessment System Of Meizhou City And Empirical Research

Meizhou city is located in northern Guangdong province,it is the main agricultural city of Guangdong province,the proportion of its agricultural population proportion and the agricultural development rely on higher than many cities in the province.Thus,Meizhou city needs to improve agricultural development level,in order to develop the modern agriculture.At present,the rural economy development in Meizhou city,especially its assembling,tea,camellia,fresh corn,such as rural eco-tourism development deepens unceasingly,the further development of these industr ies to rural logistics' volume,speed,cold chain technology,highway and rail transportation,which are put forward higher requirements.Therefore,there is an urgency that Meizhou city needs to perfect its rural logistics.Rural logistics as one of important pillar for the development of modern agriculture,realize the Meizhou city rural logistics development present situation,advantages and disadvantages,put forward the solution,then deve lop the modern agriculture in Meizhou city is very important.First of all,we set up the rural logistics assessment system of Meizhou city and made a simple analysis of the background and significance of the research.Then,we used PEST analysis and AHP(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)to make a comprehensive understanding of Meizhou city major affecting factors of the rural logistics,and established the assess men system of rural logistics.Finally,according to the survey data in Meizhou city,we did the empirical analysis.The study find that:(1)based on PEST a nalysis,Meizhou city government attaches importance to and promote the development of rural logistics,the rural economy overall development keeps going,logistics personnel quality overall level is not high.(2)Based on the AHP,the rural economy development needs to improve,has to strengthen the quality of the labor force in the rural logistics,needs to strengthen the government investment and regional characteristic development,rural logistics technology problems such as lack of information,the lack of highly qualified professionals.Based on the existing problem of rural logistics of Meizhou city,we drew several suggestions.Firstly,Meizhou government needs to improve logistics infrastructure conditions,optimizes rural freight logistics resources integration,promotes agricultural products logistics information,improves the government's support,expand the rural market and opening up,building standards organization of rural logistics service main body,the perfect rural logistics standardizatio n.Secondly,farmers need to improve the understanding of modern logistics,actively participate in the construction of modern logistics system from the farmers demand guide the construction of logistics.Lastly,enterprise should enhance the education and training,promotion of advanced technology for the rural logistics system,the introduction of advanced logistics equipment.
