Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Meizhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the "rural revitalization" strategy was proposed,rural areas all over the country have actively explored new industrial development models,focused on expanding agricultural value,improving the added value of agricultural products,and promoting farmers’ income,and the integration of agriculture and tourism is one of them.In the context of rural revitalization,the integrated development of agriculture and tourism has become an important lever to promote rural economic growth and achieve modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Although Meizhou City in Guangdong Province is a major agricultural city,it is not a strong agricultural city.How to promote the deep development of agricultural tourism integration in Meizhou City under the background of rural revitalization strategy is of great significance for improving the overall level of agriculture and rural areas in Meizhou City and achieving high-quality economic development in Meizhou City.This article consists of seven parts.The first part elaborates on the research background and significance,reviews existing research literature,and clarifies the research methods and content;The second part clarifies the theoretical basis and related concepts of this study;The third part firstly analyzes the foundation of Meizhou’s development of agricultural tourism integration and the existing agricultural tourism integration model.Secondly,it establishes a coupling coordination degree model by constructing the evaluation index system of Meizhou’s agriculture and tourism,and uses empirical analysis methods to evaluate the development of agricultural tourism integration in Meizhou;Research has found that the development of agricultural tourism integration in Meizhou City has abundant resources and foundation,and the coordinated development level of agricultural tourism integration shows an increasing trend year by year.The fourth part is to use unit root test,cointegration test,regression analysis and other methods to study the impact of Meizhou’s agricultural tourism integration model on local GDP and per capita GDP,from which it is concluded that the development of Meizhou’s agricultural tourism integration has a significant role in promoting local economic development,and can have a positive impact;The fifth part analyzes in depth the factors that constrain the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in Meizhou City,mainly including:(1)limitations in policy support;(2)The phenomenon of homogenization is relatively serious;(3)Lack of professional talents;(4)Insufficient marketing promotion efforts;(5)Insufficient extension of the industrial chain;(6)Inadequate rural environmental remediation.The sixth part combines advanced cases of agricultural tourism integration at home and abroad,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the integration of agriculture and tourism in Meizhou City based on the actual situation of Meizhou City.Firstly,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the role of policy guidance to promote the deep integration of agriculture and tourism,promote and develop together;Secondly,we need to explore the advantageous resource elements of agriculture and tourism,and innovate agricultural tourism integration projects;Thirdly,it is necessary to introduce professional talents and strengthen intellectual support;Fourthly,strengthen the systematic planning of agricultural tourism projects and strengthen brand promotion efforts;Fifth,vigorously develop creative agriculture and extend the industrial chain;Sixth,seize the opportunity of rural revitalization and deeply explore cultural connotations.The seventh part is a summary and outlook.
