Pomegranate juice is a kind of fruit juice product obtained through a series of technical means to reconstruct the physical link of fresh pomegranate.The growth rate of the pomegranate juice beverage market is increasing at a rate of 20% per year in the total consumption of pure juice beverages.Studying how to optimize the marketing strategy of M company Meiguolai to pomegranate drinks will help improve the market competitiveness of M company Meiguolai to pomegranate juice products.Research and analysis of M company’s Meiguolai to pomegranate juice product marketing environment,combined with M company’s SWOT analysis of Pomegranate juice product marketing SWOT analysis results to formulate M company Meiguolai to pomegranate juice product marketing strategy.In order to improve the product strategy of Meiguolai Commodity,we put forward product mix strategies,product differentiation strategies,new product development strategies,improved service marketing concepts,and enhanced product quality checks.In order to improve the company’s price strategy,it has made efforts to strengthen market research,appropriately lower prices,rationalize the channel price system,and coordinate between various departments.Channel strategy strategy,dealer incentive strategy,channel combination strategy,and terminal force strategy were proposed to improve the company’s channel strategy.In order to improve the company’s promotional strategies,the basic methods of promotion,basic promotion strategies,and promotion combination strategies are proposed.The innovation of this article is mainly reflected in the novelty of the research object selection.The research object of this article is the marketing strategy of the pomegranate juice product,which is less involved in academic circles.At the same time,in the marketing plan for Meiguolai pomegranate juice products,the guarantee effect of Zaozhuang pomegranate base has been fully taken into account.Compared with other literatures on beverage marketing,the source factor of products is more emphasized.This is also one of the innovation points of this research.
