Entering into the new century,the socialist system of our country gradually perfect,scientific and technological progress and social development to promote the enterprise market competition intensifying,in order to enhance the core competitiveness and achieve greater profits,as one of the most dynamic factors of capital,relational capital cannot be ignored.Therefore,it is of great significance to further study of relationship capital,not only can dig the potential profitability of the enterprise and promote the scientific level of modern enterprise management,can also provide decision basis for investors and managers to provide theoretical support for the enterprise.This study uses literature analysis,systematic analysis,empirical research and qualitative and quantitative methods.First of all,by combing relevant literatures at home and abroad and synthesizing the previous research results,determining the framework and methodology of this research.Secondly,it elaborates and summarizes the connotation of the relationship capital and its constituent elements,and establishes the design and evaluation idea of the supply chain enterprise relationship capital index.Then,the relationship between capital measurement and evaluation method to compare the appraisal analysis,decision factor analysis and entropy method is used to building the appraisal model of manufacturing supply chain relationship capital,through specific quantitative indicators,applying the idea of classification evaluation,based on the relationship between capital three kinds of elements,design 12 indicators to gauge the relationship capital.Finally,Putting the enterprise relationship capital measurement and evaluation system to our country’s manufacturing industry,selecting Shanghai and Shenzhen two city in 2014-2016 listed more than a decade of belongs to manufacturing supply chain core enterprise of 34 manufacturing industry as the research object,conducting relationship capital measurement.Through the use of factor analysis and entropy method,the total amount of the relationship capital of different enterprises in the industry and the specific measurement and evaluation of the constituent elements are realized,and the relevant conclusions are drawn.The study puts forward the development and management activities of the relationship capital,develops the core strategy,and focuses on the transformation of the relationship capital elements to improve the improvement suggestion of the enterprise relationship capital of the manufacturing supply chain. |
