| The enterprises with higher supply-chain dynamic capability can sensitively discern market changes,timely integrate or reconfigure resource,and quickly respond to rapid changes of market demands in their specific industry,thus gaining competitive advantages,preempting market opportunities,promoting the enterprise development and increasing economic benefits.Therefore,the supply-chain dynamic capability has gradually become one of the hot topics for entrepreneurs and scholars.Firstly,based on the research of the supply-chain management thought and dynamic capability theory,the concept of supply-chain dynamic capability was further explicated.On the basis of further studying the influence factors surrounding supply-chain dynamic capability,the basic elements were summarized,namely,supply-chain management ability,supply-chain learning and absorbing ability,supply-chain reconfiguration and transformation ability.Secondly,the relationship between supply-chain dynamic capability and enterprise performance was researched and analyzed.And the theoretical model on the effect of dynamic environment was constructed.Finally,the data were gathered via questionnaire from many logistics enterprises in Shanxi Province,using SPSS22.0 and AMOS to analyze data to validate the model and research hypotheses.Empirical analysis shows that the supply-chain dynamic capability has significant positive influence both on enterprise financial and non-financial performance.And the environmental dynamics don,t regulate the relationship between supply-chain dynamic capability and enterprise financial performance,but it significantly positively regulate the relationship between supply-chain dynamic capability and enterprise non-financial performance.In addition,several suggestions are proposed to improve the enterprise performance based on the supply-chain dynamic capability,and the research results will contribute to the subsequent research and the actual operation of enterprise supply chain. |
