The Research On Enterprise Training Management System In Cloud Computing Age- Of W Lab Co. Ltd

Recent years,cloud computing technology has been widely and deeply used in the industry.It also has become a popular and irreplaceable technology.At meantime,“Training” as an important part of the human resources management,it has become even more important to the management of training in the new economic norm.A set of effective training management system can help enterprises adapt to the market competition and establish their own corporate culture.In practice,training management systems are widely available and also have many forms,but meantime many problems are also highlighted.But the appearance of cloud computing technology provides a shortcut to solve the existing training problems.Based on the cloud computing technology,software-as-service platform model of collaborative software helps enterprises to establish an efficient training management system.Under such background,W company also has difficulties in training management in its development process.This paper based on the technical conditions of cloud computing technology to discuss how to build a low-cost and high-performance through the cloud collaborative management software,and looks forward to solving the training requirements planning period,the implementation of training and training evaluation feedback period of various problems in the current W company training management system.The first chapter of introduction introduces the research background and its significance.This research base of this paper is the training manager,who uses the system.And the object of the management is the training instructors.The users of this system,who need to combine the training management system and cloud computing technology,and change the traditional information technology solutions to innovate.This paper summarizes the core theoretical definitions of cloud computing,training and training management system.The second chapter analyzes the development and reform of training management system.From the origin of training management system,it enumerated the various forms of training management system and the problems arising in enterprise training management system practice.Through the author's interviews and literatureresearch,it sorted out the different problems existing in the current enterprise training management system from the training requirements planning period,training implementation implementation period and training evaluation feedback period to summarize.In the third chapter,it discuss the possibilities of building training and management system for W company under the cloud computing technology.Firstly,it enumerates and analyzes three major advantages.Secondly,finding suitable Saa S(Software as a Service)software among all kinds of tools,and propose that the three major characteristics of the collaborative management software are the suitable reasons and distinguish them from other software.According to the situation of W company,this paper analyzes its problems,and sums up the information technology improvement needs of W training management system.The fourth chapter states the steps of building a cloud-based training management system.And it is applied to W company according to the same steps.The last fifth chapters,taking the author's practice in the construction of W company training management system,stated the results and promoting effect of the implementation of W company to help readers better understand the role and effect of the cloud training management system.The paper points out that the construction of the cloud training management system can save the cost of W company and improve the efficiency of training management.It can partly solve the problems existing in the training demand plan period,the training implementation period and the training feedback period of W company.
