In recent years,some life insurance companies have achieved rapid expansion by absorbing a large amount of funds through universal insurance.On the one hand,Insurance owned shares of listed companies more than five percent bring investment income to companies,and help to change the situation that funds in the secondary market are tightened up in an all-round way and the trend is sluggish.On the other hand,this behavior poses a series of drawbacks caused by company operation risk,solvency risk and liquidity risk caused by term mismatch.In recent years,Anbang Insurance Group was once called "Savage" because of its radical and rapid expansion.Anbang Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Anbang Life"),as the life insurance company under Anbang Insurance Group,used Long-term equity investment to cover debt costs,used universal insurance products to attract premium,and used the premium to invest in the listed company,causing concern.This article analyzes the status of Anbang Life placards to verify whether the placards affect the profitability of the company and provide some reference experience,risk warning and precautionary measures for other life insurance companies to placate.In this paper,case analysis is used to analyze the behavior of Anbang Life,which is based on the horizontal comparison method and the profitability index.The profitability index calculated by the investment income brought by the placard is comparatively analyzed and the conclusion is drawn.This article aims to analyze the profitable influence of the Anbang Life using insurance capital to invest in the stock market,providing feasibility analysis to achieve positive interaction of life insurance companies and capital markets,as well as reveal the risks raised placards and prevention advice.This article is divided into five parts: The first part elaborates the background of the development of insurance industry in our country,and expounds the competing placards of insurance companies in recent years.This part combs the domestic and international research on the insurance capital investment reviews and the profitability of insurance companies Literatures.The second part analyzes the cases of Anbang life placards.Firstly,this part introduces the general situation of the company,secondly,lists the placards of Anbang life calendar,and finally analyzes the motivation of placards and the characteristics of placards.The third part analyzes the effect of the Anbang Life placard.In this paper,we use the equity method and the market value method respectively to calculate the return on investment and further analyze the impact of the placards on the total investment income and the impact on the profitability of Anbang Life by calculating profitability indicators.The fourth part reveals the risk of Anbang life placards,and puts forward the risk prevention suggestions.At last,the fourth part draws the conclusion.
