A Study On Rural Information Service Mode In Gaozhou City Of Guangdong Province

In today's information age,poverty in rural areas can be attributed to the poverty of information to some extent.To solve the problem of information service in rural areas is of great significance to the construction of rural informatization.Huinong Information Society as the information carrier of Guangdong Province information into the village,in promoting the process of agricultural information in Guangdong has played a major role.Gaozhou C ity,Guangdong Province as a representative of the agricultural market,but also the first batch of information into the village pilot counties(cities),apply for the construction of 77 Huinong Information Society.Based on the current research situation of rural information service model at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the existing typical rural information service model.Through the field visit,many typical attributes of Huinong Information society,36 information officers responsible for the information agency information activities,information society construction status of the interview,and random information coverage area of the 330 farmers on the information needs,information access behavior,the views of the benefits of information society And so on,we have mastered the status quo of the information service mode of Huinong Information Society in Gaozhou C ity,the type of farmer cooperatives,the types of agricultural leading enterprises,the types of government agricultural push institutions and the types of village-level integrated service stations.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the service mode of Huinong Information Society in Gaozhou C ity,according to the requirements of agricultural informatization construction,to meet the needs of farmers' information needs,based on the actual situation of rural development in Gaozhou C ity,the paper puts forward the information service mode of Gaozhou Huinong Information Society?The paper puts forward the new research ideas for the rural information service mode,and provides the decision-making basis for the relevant government departments to construct the rural informatization in the new period.After the literature collection,field visits and questionnaires and other related research,the paper acquires that,although the overall terms of Gaozhou C ity Huinong Information Society service construction has achieved certain results,there are still imperfect infrastructure,for example,inconsistent information degree,information staff team talent lacking of awareness of farmers' information,information service means lack ing of feedback mechanism and other issues.Therefore,this paper puts forward the principle of integrat ion,targeting and convenience.What's more,it should strengthen the guiding function of content classification,enhance the quality of information source service,strengthen the construction of rural informatio n service team,actively foster farmer information demand and establish information service feedbackmeasures,improving the information service mode of Gaozhou Huinong Information Society,and speed ing upthe process of rural informationization in Gaozhou.
