Research On Financial Support Efficiency Of The Collaborative Innovation Of Industrial Cluster

Collaborative innovation of industrial cluster depends on all kinds of financial supports.The financial influence factors,financial backing way and financial efficiency all largely determine the collaborative innovation results of industrial cluster,and regional economic development.This thesis mainly conducts the research on the financial support efficiency of industrial cluster’s collaborative innovation,to explore and complete the internal operation system of financial support on industrial cluster’s collaborative innovation theoretically;and empirically select representative sample clusters,using mathematical models to the qualitative question to provide effective measures both in theory and in practice.In the part of theory study,the first step is building the financial support system of industrial cluster’s collaborative innovation,expatiating the specific support means from three levels,including macro finance,middle finance,and micro finance.In the empirical study section,based on the growing universality,application progress,and comparative advantages of data envelopment analysis(DEA For short),this thesis selects the generalized DEA model based on panel data;According to the requirements of the model,this thesis uses government grants,company’s outstanding shares,and bank credit capital as main financial input indicators and chooses sales revenue of new products,basic earnings per share(EPS.For short),and total assets turnover as main innovative output indicators for assessing the financial support efficiency.Next,this thesis selects 60 cluster companies as sample from Wuhan metropolitan area,the Yangtze delta,the Pearl River Delta,and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,using input and output indicator data from the cluster sample during 2010 and 2014 to do empirical study.Two kinds of conclusions are reached based on the findings of time-oriented and metropolitan-area-oriented.The time-oriented data concludes that the sample company’s financial efficiency level overall was increasing during the five years,and the collaborative innovation degree of industrial cluster shows a steady enhancement,and the collaborative innovation is optimized with its construction step by step.As for the absolute value of financial efficiency,the promotion space is relatively large;the metropolitan-area-oriented data shows that the regional characteristic of cluster’s financial efficiency is obvious;to be specific,the absolute efficiency value of the Yangtze delta and the Pearl River Delta exceeds Wuhan metropolitan area and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.After the previous work,this thesis presents countermeasures and suggestion for improving financial support efficiency of industrial cluster’s collaborative innovation from three aspects,which are building a financial support system with cluster characteristic,setting up well-established output security system,and complying with policy-oriented regional balanced development.Combined with theoretical results and empirical conclusions,internal operation system of financial support on industrial cluster’s collaborative innovation combines of three important parts,which are the financial demand characteristics,financial backing way and financial efficiency of industrial cluster.Exploring and decomposing the system can provide certain theoretic reference for improving strategies and working directions of financial support efficiency of industrial cluster’s collaborative innovation,which has important significance on the theory;simultaneously,through DEA model,this thesis does empirical study to the financial support situation of metropolitan areas,the countermeasures and suggestion proposed in the last can provide reference for domestic financial institutions’ service ideas,which has the value of progress on the practice.
