In recent years,with the continuous progress of the domestic market economy,the people's living standards have been increasing year by year,and tourism has become increasingly popular.This has become an increasingly popular choice and tourism has developed rapidly.When traveling,people pay more attention to the comfort,safety and speed of travel services,and therefore put forward higher requirements for tourism services.The quality of tourism passenger service has a direct relationship with passenger satisfaction.In order to improve the service quality of tourism passenger transport,this paper conducts a theoretical and empirical study on passenger satisfaction of Company C.This article is divided into five parts: First,this article analyzes the development history of road transportation companies,and the fact that tourism bus services have become hot spots for complaints.Then the paper collects,researches and combs the literature about customer satisfaction and service quality at home and abroad,which constitutes the theoretical basis of this article.Then,the American ACSI model was deeply analyzed,and on this basis,a passenger satisfaction index evaluation model for tourism passenger service was constructed,which paved the way for passenger satisfaction survey.According to the “Information on Facilities and Services for Tourist Buses”(GB/T 26359-2010)and the “Quality of Tourism Vehicle Services”(LB/T 002-1995),the data was again collected to construct a more comprehensive evaluation index for passenger satisfaction of tourism passenger services.The system and the questionnaire were designed to investigate the satisfaction of the passengers of company C.Finally,a mathematical analysis of the survey results was carried out to find out the problems with the service quality of Company C and the reasons for the quality of service of Company C.Based on these weaknesses,we proposed the operational suggestions and effective ways for Company C to improve the service quality.The investigation,evaluation,and research on the service quality of C Touring Automobile Co.,Ltd.will provide reference for tourism passenger transportation companies to improve service quality,provide decision-making information for road transportation management departments,and formulate relevant policies.
