Study On New Rural Construction In Xindu District Of Chengdu

"The 13 th Five-Year Plan" period is the key period for China to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and it is also an important period for Xindu district to carry out the overall strategy of "reform and innovation,transformation and upgrading" in Chengdu and to build a modern and international new satellite city and “Six Xindu”,which is also the crucial period to deepen the important areas and key aspects of reform and to achieve the transformation of economic development mode.Although the new rural construction in Xindu District has made a little achievements,the research on the new rural construction mode in Xindu is still lacking.In this paper,we will summarize the new ideas,new methods and new models of new rural construction in Xindu District,To analyze the characteristics and laws of the construction of new rural areas in Xindu District,to identify further problems in the construction of new rural areas and to put forward relevant policies and suggestions.In order to further increase farmers' income,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas in Xindu District,Construction of Chengdu "new three most" city,to ensure the coordinated development of Chengdu national economy to provide theoretical basis and policy support.Firstly,This paper summarizes the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the new rural construction in Xindu District and systematically analyzes the current situation and regional characteristics of new rural construction in Xindu District.Then the model of new rural construction experience in Xindu District has been summed,which systematicallly introduced exploration model of three agricultural problems,such as,the "flower diffuse manor mode","sweet fruit model" and "Linglong Jinyuan model" in Xindu District.At the same time,it expounds the goals and tasks of new rural construction in Xindu District in the next five years,and identifies the main contradictions and problems existing in the light of objectives and tasks.On the basis of qualitative analysis,this paper introduces quantitative analysis and the method of analogy analysis to analyze the differences between developed countries and China's national conditions and agricultural conditions,this paper systematically summarizes the characteristics of rural construction in the United States,Japan and France.Though its successful experience,combined with the status of new rural construction in Xindu,the characteristics of their rural economic development to speed up the good ideas,good practices to digest and absorb and to be innovative,to his mountain stone,attack Chengdu Xindu District,the new rural construction jade.This paper systematically expounds the line and measures to accelerate the construction of new countryside in Xindu District,which including general lines,principles and countermeasures such as establishing guarantee mechanism,adhering to scientific planning,building characteristic villages,increasing financial support for new rural construction and so on.
