Study On Beautiful Village Construction In Caofeidian

General secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized that “beautiful China depends on the beautiful countryside to fight the foundation”.In 2017,the construction of beautiful villages in Cao Feidian district received positive response and strong support from the cadres and the masses in Cao Feidian district.A total of 101 million yuan was invested to build 2 featured villages,10 provincial-level key villages,1 key area and 10 remould villages.On the other hand,the construction of beautiful villages in Cao Feidian district also revealed so many problems,such as unreasonable rural planning,lack of awareness of cadres and farmers,weak science and technology supports,poor rural infrastructure,slow development of agricultural enterprises,insufficient supply of cultural products and services etc,.Based on the above,this article takes Cao Feidian area as the research object,with beautiful countryside construction as the breakthrough point,in combination with the domestic and foreign literature,using the theory of rural complex ecosystem,versatility of rural life theory and the theory of integration of urban and rural development,to research the situation and problems of beautiful village construction in Cao Feidian.Through the research,it is found that the construction of beautiful villages in Cao Feidian has problems such as poor organization and coordination,lack of scientific planning,outdated ideologies,weak rural infrastructure construction,lack of cultural guidance and so on.Aiming at solving these problems,this paper provides suggestions from the aspects of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization and effective governance.
