China's aviation industry boom in terms of growth and scale with the integration of global economy and trade,the improvement of national production,and the support of policies.However,the dominant role of State Owned Enterprises in the monopoly economy has been completely changed with the simplification of policies.Three major airlines in China import and export aviation parts on their own,which results in the slump of the turnover,even loss of XX Aviation Group as well as grave brain drain.However,the three major airlines procure aircrafts by themselves create the storage cost,which does not help reduce the operation cost of airlines.The cooperation and competition relations and roles between XX Aviation Group and the three major airlines are in confusion,which forces the Group to explore a win-win development strategy in the aviation parts market.Based on the above-mentioned intense competition in aviation market,this paper adopts the PEST analysis method and combines the guidance of the national macro-level development of the aviation industry and the development boom of the sharing economy.It is concluded that the establishment of the aviation material sharing platform has become the development and transformation of the aviation materials market.New opportunities.This article analyzes external opportunities and challenges faced by XX Aviation Materials Group and its own advantages and disadvantages through SWOT analysis.It is recognized that if we want to use external opportunities to transform our inferior position,we need to realize the development strategy of the company and the development of the industry.Consistent,in response to the country's call to establish a sharing mechanism,using its own advantages to build a material sharing platform is one of the most feasible development strategies.Base on the feasibility analysis of actualization of concepts,this paper makes chronological comparison and international case study to justify the rationality of the Group as the builder and manager of the platform and the possibility of maximizing the allocation of resources.The conclusion is that expansion and exploration would be the suggestions to better manage the sharing platform and the expansion of the pooling by the Group.
