Along with the growing scale of China's aviation industry and the increasing demand for travel,in order to better protect flights,the importance of aviation materials is particularly important.In the aviation material market,the competition in the aftermarket is even more intense.In particular,domestic maintenance units,each other's products often appear high repeatability and highly competitive situation.How to compete in the hot and white repair market to take the lead,the use of their own products,supply chain and geographical advantages,more development of customers and product marketing has become a common issue of many MRO in China.Through the analysis of W Company's product portfolio and customer composition,as well as the analysis of competitors,this paper will carry out multi-level,from the inside out of the induction,put forward for W Company's marketing strategy related recommendations.
