A Reserch Of Financial Support For The Transformation Of Modern Agriculture In Liangshan

The development of modern agriculture is the only way to improve the industrial structure and promote the prosperity of the rural areas and the path of the peasants to prosperity.Due to various reasons,our country from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture comprehensive transformation process is relatively slow,especially in the western minority area,modern agricultural transformation of the situation is very serious,the main reason is the lack of effective financial support.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and solve the problem of financial support for the transformation of modern agriculture in the western minority areas.The Sichuan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Liangshan Province as an example,through the investigation of the present situation of modern agricultural transformation of the financial support of the state,elaborated the Liangshan state financial support for modern agriculture transformation initiatives and achievements,analyzes the financial support of modern agriculture transformation in question and its reason,on the basis of foreign advanced experience.Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)financial support is an important factor in the transformation of modern agriculture.Through the agricultural loans and agriculture related insurance,the Liangshan financial institutions have cultivated a large number of modern agricultural management entities,promoted the development of characteristic industries and the transformation of modern agriculture,and increased the income of farmers.(2)due to various reasons,the current financial support for the development of modern agriculture has many problems,such as unreasonable financial structure,low service efficiency,support single way,the contradiction between demand and supply of funds and so on,thus restricting the transformation of modern agriculture in Liangshan.(3)shall establish and perfect the diversified rural financial system;through financial subsidies and policy financial means,increase government support,to promote lending funds financial support for agriculture;promote agricultural scale management,improve the degree of organization of agriculture,promote the development of modern agriculture.
