Survey On Development Of New Industries And Businesses In Rural Areas In Longmatan District Of Luzhou City

The economic globalization and marketization enables worldwide industry development.In particular,the technical form,internal conditions,and external conditions of rural industry development and their correlations are undergoing an unprecedented change,and the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries is bound to be the ultimate and inevitable trend of rural economy development in China.Particularly,under the background of “Internet +”,with the development of market and support from the government,the rural e-commerce which has been ignored for a long time is developing rapidly.The well-organized commercial unions,which incorporate the e-commerce chain stores in different rural regions by intensive management,marketization operation and systematic approaches with the help of digital and information means,are of indispensable function to reduce the rural commercial cost and expand the rural commercial field.Longmatan District of Luzhou City,with dense population,advantageous location and profound culture,has obvious advantages in developing new rural industries.However,problems still exist.Therefore,the survey and investigation on the development of new rural industries and businesses in the region has great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,Longmatan District of Luzhou City of Sichuan Province is taken as a case,based on the perspective of integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries and the theories of value chain and experience economy,in order to analyze the current situations,existing problems and countermeasures of the development of new industries and businesses in rural areas in Longmatan District,by means of document analysis,theoretical research and practical survey and investigation.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is an introduction;in the second part,the related concepts and theories are introduced;in the third part,the conditions,current situations,effects,and influencing factors of development of new industries and businesses in rural areas are analyzed;in the fourth part,some typical cases are studied;in the fifth part,the existing problems are clarified;and in the sixth part,the suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.The main conclusions of the survey on the development of new industries and businesses in rural areas in Longmatan District contain the following aspects.1.The main development mode of new industries and businesses in rural areas includes convalesce and pension,rural tourism,and rural e-commerce.2.The effect of development of new industries and businesses in rural areas includes: taking advantage of the location of rural-urban fringe zone to develop urban agriculture,introduce industrial and commercial capital into rural areas,and open up cross-industry business;fully developing the characteristic primary industry and expanding the development space for new industries;and making use of Port of Luzhou to create the cluster of new industries and businesses.3.Problems existing in the development of new industries and businesses in rural areas include the backwardness in industries integration process,homogenization in industrial development,imperfect value chain of rural tourism,conflict in land resources configuration,and lack of high-quality talent.4.Suggestions proposed for the development of new industries and businesses in rural areas are: accelerating the industries integration process,avoiding industrial homogenization,improving the value chain of rural tourism,disposing the existing land resources in a scientific way,creating a positive atmosphere for the growth of talents,and establishing a diversified investment and financing system.
