Investigation And Research On Family Farm Development In Gansu Province

For a long time,China has been a large agricultural country in the long history of the world,bearing nearly 1/4 people in the world.With the development of agricultural mechanization in rural areas,the management mode,which is based on household contract,has been unable to keep pace with the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,at the end of the last century,family farms as a product of the new era came into being.The rapid development of family farms in Gansu Province fully proves that this new mode of operation has penetrated into rural areas.At present,the rural areas of our country are actively setting up and guiding the family farm to develop rapidly,and delimiting the pilot family farm in the more developed coastal areas,and the development has formed a more mature mechanism.In recent years,with the support of policies such as "the Great Development of the West" and "Belt and Road",the family farms in Gansu Province are developing rapidly,the scale of development is gradually expanding,and the living standards of local farmers have also been obviously improved.Since the reform and opening up,Gansu Province has issued policies to strengthen the development of family farms in Gansu Province,setting standards and norms to encourage local family farms to develop towards a more standardized management on a larger scale.And achieved great results.Based on the investigation of 479 family farms in 14 cities in Gansu Province,this paper makes a basic analysis of the general environment of the sample farms by using the PESTEL model combined with the situation of Gansu Province.At the same time,using descriptive statistics to analyze some problems in the process of development,including the low professional literacy of practitioners,low utilization rate of large-scale agricultural machinery,the basic social service is not perfect;The technical service effect is not good,the farm identification is not timely;the agricultural product entry and exit record is not complete,the certification of "three products and one standard" is not popularized;the operation management is not scientific,the management structure is relatively single;the independent brand The development has not formed,cannot carry on the brand management,and the effective communication rate with the local agriculture department is low.At the same time,this paper summarizes the development experience of the advanced family farms in Shanghai,Songjiang,Ningbo,Anhui,Zhejiang,and puts forward some relevant suggestions in view of the specific problems,so as to better prospect the development direction of family farms in Gansu Province.
