Employees' job satisfaction is an important part of human resource management and has always been a key research topic in the field of human resource management.In corporate management practices,managers need to focus on the issue of employee satisfaction.Employees have high job satisfaction,and their enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity are high,thereby creating higher job performance and ultimately achieving the effect of increasing corporate profits:Employees with low job satisfaction may cause employees to have negative attitudes towards work.This has led to low morale,increased complaints and resistance,and even increased turnover.Therefore,research on employees' job satisfaction is very important for a company's active and healthy development.This paper adopts literature review,on-site interview and questionnaire survey to select X power generation company as an empirical analysis case to study the status quo of job satisfaction of front-line employees.Based on previous research,based on in-depth interviews,we fully understand the actual situation of the front-line employees of X Power Generation Corporation.Based on this,we point out five factors that have an impact on employee satisfaction.They are:working group,work environment,work itself,work Rewards,business management,starting from five dimensions,developed a questionnaire for the job satisfaction of employees of X Power Generation Company,and comprehensively analyzed employee job satisfaction.The results of statistical surveys,through the analysis of SPSS software,finally obtained employee satisfaction.Combined with the actual development status of the X power generation company,we will focus on analyzing the problems in the survey questionnaire,make in-depth exploration of the causes of the problems,and give strategies for improving the employees'job satisfaction.
