Since the 21 st century,Internet technology has been widely used in various fields,forming a strong Internet data network collection,which has far-reaching impact on the traditional manufacturing industry.Data show that the turnover rate of manufacturing employees in recent years ranked the forefront of various industries;the severity of the problem has been more and more attention of human resources research professionals.How to attract and retain good employees for companies gaining advantage in the competition,is the primary problem for enterprises to facing.Based on read and check a large number of domestic and abroad relevant literature,research to the domestic and abroad turnover theory general summary,and starting from the actual business of enterprise,to design the questionnaires to survey base on principles of Price-Mueller(2000)model,prepare E company turnover statistic data from 2012 to 2016,using the combination of data analysis and questionnaire research methods,do staff turnover problem in-depth multi-level analysis to the large manufacture enterprise and to take E company as an example.Through the statistical analysis of the survey results,this paper summarizes the external factors(social economy),enterprise internal factors(organizational factors)and personal factors of employees,and draws the factors that affect the intention of employee turnover and the causes of employee turnover.According to the three reasons,we put forward the improvement plans respectively.The emphasis is on six aspects of internal improvement.They are as follows: building a competitive remuneration and welfare system,promoting job rotation system,reducing labor intensity,improving working environment and people-oriented management Promotion and optimization of ideas to help employees improve their career and company culture transformation.Finally,the conclusion of the study is summarized,at the same time,the limitations and deficiencies of the research are pointed out,and the direction of further research on the problem is pointed out.This study has certain theoretical and practical significance,provides guidance for enterprise management,and plays a reference and reference role for the same type of enterprises in the region at the same time.
