| In recent years,the sharing economy has swept the globe.China’s sharing economy has developed rapidly and occupies an important role in the national economy.The application of sharing travel like DiDi Travel is flourishing,leading to the sharing economy.At present,traditional B2 C business model companies are the main of the RV rental industry in China.They are facing the competition from the new C2 C sharing RV business model companies.The purpose of this study is to explore how the traditional B2 C RV rental enterprises can survive and develop through transformation in the sharing economy background.This paper chooses a B2 C model company: YGYL RV rental company and uses the case analysis as the research method.This study expounds the leading role of sharing travel for the development of sharing economy;Compare YGYL and a C2 C model company.Analyze difference between B2 C and C2 C mode.And use the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional RV rental mode;Combined with the above analysis,this paper shows the transformation steps and management countermeasures of the traditional RV leasing company.Above the analysis,this paper comes to the conclusion: the traditional B2 C RV rental companies need to actively transform,actively familiarize and expand the new sharing economy business,improve and expand their own living space.At present,the theoretical research in China is less involved in the discussion of the transformation of traditional RV leasing enterprises in the sharing economy background.I hope to make a partial analysis of this article.The results of this study will help to understand whether the new model of shared RV can meet the supply and demand under the new situation,search the deficiency and improvement of the RV rental enterprise,provide reference for the transformation of traditional RV rental enterprises in China. |
