In recent years,China's insurance industry has actively adapted to the new normal state of our economy,accelerated the use of new technologies and boldly explored new models,and Internet insurance has embarked on a high-speed road of development.Under the national policy and industry trends,Sunshine Life Insurance Company began to try to combine the sales and service mode of Internet,the introduction of"customer disintermediation" Internet business strategy,through reasonable sales management system,quality service,front office for air ground integration products and efficient Internet operating platform,high-quality Internet business management team to achieve,sunshine life with customers,Sun Life and sales team,through the Internet,interactive(conversion + direct purchase),let the Internet achievement of customer value,company value achievement! In this method,the Potter five forces model and SWOT matrix analysis,strategic analysis of the macro environment,facing to the Sun Life Internet service industry and micro conditions were analyzed by PEST analysis,put forward the similar sunshine life for the operation of the traditional sales mode of family life insurance companies such as the vigorous development of the Internet business,the company should establish the internal promotion mechanism,build information system to the customer as the center and service system,and enhance the conversion ability of products for customers directly,establish the platform content management team reconstruction Internet of the organizational structure of the five aspects of the key innovation.Sunshine life "customer disintermediation" Internet strategy's success lies in its implementation of the integration of traditional business and Internet business,to meet the company,customers,sales personnel three party requirements,founded the company,customers,insurance sales personnel three win-win situation,worthy of reference.
