Research On E-commerce Logistics Pattern

China has entered a period of rapid development of e-commerce.By the end of 2016,the number of Chinese online shoppers had reached 467 million,and the online retail market had topped 4.97 trillion RMB,including 2.73 trillion RMB for B2C market dealings.The fast growth of e-businesses have a higher requirement for their logistics.There are two main logistics patterns for Chinese commerce enterprises:self running logistics and outsourcing logistics.The two have their own characteristics,which will emerge different effects.For instance,self running logistics causes larger capitals,higher cost but better user experience on logistics,which is able to bring about scale effect;outsourcing logistics features lower cost and higher level of specialization,but out of control for online retailers.Therefore,e-commerce enterprises need to choose the mode according their self-features.There are many considerations for how to determine the logistics pattern,including the development level of disparate modes,the possession form of goods,the scale and power of the e-commerce enterprise,characteristics of main products,logistics cost,the impact of logistics for the enterprise and the capability in magazine logistics.Inappropriate physical distribution mode would prevent progress of the enterprise.Vancl is obstructed by the excessive logistic cost.However,Jingdong runs its own logistics and makes it a brand advantage resulting in advance.Under the new normal,Chinese government introduced policies,pointing to positive directions for the next stage of development of E-Logistic.To build proper logistic system,sever suggestions are proposed in this dissertation:1)to Choose a suitable logistics model;2)to apply advanced technology to conduct wisdom logistics;3)to resort to the sharing economy to conduct crowd sourcing model;4)to strive to develop fresh e-commerce market and cold-chain logistics;5)to resort to the Belt and Road Initiative to conduct cross-border e-commerce business;6)to support agriculture to develop rural e-commerce logistics.
