The application of big data in commercial banks is very extensive,and customer relationship management is one of the important areas.From data analysis to the final practice,commercial banks need not only "customer centered" strategic ideas,but also the need for commercial banks to combine the concept of large data with customer characteristics,learn from advanced practice experience,and to provide the differentiated services and marketing for commercial banks through analysis and research of customers.Basis and support.This paper studies the practice of large data assets in the customer relationship management of commercial banks.According to the general and specific research methods,this paper first studies the customer relationship management of general commercial banks,and then takes the concrete XX bank as an example to apply the clustering algorithm of data mining technology to the quality of commercial bank debit cards.As an example,the analysis demonstrates the process of customer segmentation in customer relationship management.1)the research on the customer relationship management system of commercial banks,based on the theoretical basis of customer relationship management,from the operation mode of the commercial bank CRM to the implementation strategy,the requirement analysis from the CRM system to the function module,the construction ideas of the CRM system are analyzed from different angles,and the logical framework of the CRM system is also carried out.Deep and meticulous research.2)through clustering algorithm to realize the quality classification of bank debit card as an example,taking the data of XX bank Inner Mongolia branch and Beijing branch of Beijing branch in the end of March of 2015 as sample data,using the k-means algorithm of clustering algorithm in the data mining technology to classify the customers of commercial banks,so as to realize the customer's precision.Quasi marketing.
