Customer-centric business banking customer relationship management is one of the hotspots in the study of commercial banks, effective customer relationship management can bring extra profits to the bank. It is the business of supply chain management and enterprise resource planning together constitute the basic framework of enterprise information. The core idea of customer relationship management is the use of modern information technology to customers in this important strategic resources to form a centralized management, customer relationship management systems and corporate information derived actual business processes combine to achieve resource sharing customer information within the enterprise, continuously improve customer value, and ultimately bring value to the enterprise profits.Based on data mining of customer relationship management system that banks use data mining technology, customer information analysis and mining, customers can achieve accurate classification. Using data mining technology can tap the customer’s consumption patterns and consumer tendencies, predict customer to bank profits and so on. Can provide support for decision-making commercial banks, how to effectively use data mining technology is the key to commercial bank customer relationships, therefore, this article will be based on data mining technology commercial bank customer relationship management as research subjects, particularly in the customer data mining classification application as a priority.In this thesis, research literature, analyzed the definition of customer relationship management, and basic concepts, types, and system status quo, as well as commercial bank customer management; then describe the concept of data mining, data mining step function of data mining, focuses on data mining in the seven kinds of commonly used methods, and finally the application of data mining techniques to customer relationship management in commercial banks. Finally, on the basis of a brief introduction of the development needs of China Agricultural Bank of PCRM system, the relevant definitions of terms, simple to use.This paper systematically discusses the customer relationship management and data mining techniques on data mining technology and customer relationship management are discussed. We believe that competition is a modern commercial bank services and information-based competition, data mining technology can effectively discover useful information and knowledge from large amounts of customer data, in turn, can effectively improve the quality of customer relationship management, to improve the competitiveness of banks purposes. This article discusses the data mining technology based on customer relationship management in the banking sector, especially for bank customer segmentation application, these elements have certain significance for the gradual implementation of commercial bank’s customer relationship management.
