The essence of supply side reform thought lies in the innovation of supply side,the reform of structure adjustment,the improvement of the quality of economic development,and the solution of the low supply and the insufficient supply of high-end supply in the market.The practice of enterprise development shows that the implementation of enterprise supply side reform can not be separated from the support of enterprise management innovation,and standardization management inside the enterprise is an indispensable way of management innovation.Therefore,the research and evaluation of the mechanism of internal management standards is the basic link,and it has great theoretical and practical value.The main purpose of this paper is to establish the evaluation mechanism of management standards through the research of the management standard function mechanism.Based on this,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the environmental analysis and theoretical analysis of the function mechanism of management standards.First of all,this section analyzes the macro environment of enterprise management standards mechanism through the management PEST model.Secondly,through the analysis of the research background,research status and evolution process of the standard once again combed the standard theory of evaluation standards at home and abroad,through the analysis of the concept,to further define the scope and content of research.Through stakeholder analysis,the research management standards,function mechanism and research model are determined.Finally,through the micro economics theory,the impact of management standards quality on managers,employees and consumers is studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical study of the three.The second part is the management standard function mechanism model construction.First of all,this part analyzes the management standards,function mechanism model and senior management personnel through interviews and case studies.Then,through the confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation model,the dimension of employees' management standard perceived value is analyzed,and then the model of management standard use is constructed through multiple regression analysis.Finally,through the previous theoretical research,we analyze the consumer parts of the management standard function mechanism model.The management standard,function model and model of three parts,including senior managers,employees and consumers,have been formed.The third part is the construction of evaluation mechanism of management standards.The research results of this part of the above chapters as the theoretical basis,constructs the evaluation index system of management standards,and through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight,construction management standard evaluation model,and on the basis of constructing the management standard evaluation mechanism.The mechanism meets the requirements of the objective,direct,scientific and effective of the evaluation mechanism,and achieves the combination of qualitative and quantitative,objective and subjective.Because the weight of each index is clear,it is easy to analyze the standard of enterprise management,and form the PDCA cycle,and solve the problem of dynamic evaluation.The evaluation mechanism is easy to operate and is suitable for small and medium enterprises with no strong technology accumulation.Not only can promote the supply of high-quality enterprise standards,but also help enterprises improve management.
