Research Of Financial Sharing Service Platform On Military Industry In Enterprises And Institutions

In recent years,with the deepening practice of shared services in the fields of finance,human resources,IT-procurement and so on,more and more Chinese enterprises have joined the concept of sharing in financial management.The financial sharing service center emerges as the times require.The financial sharing service center,which is planned and constructed by Chinese enterprises,is becoming clear in the background of the new technology tide and the new global commercial pattern.The related solutions are also gradually full and mature,and the different types of financial sharing service centers required by enterprises of different nature have been well explored and practiced.This paper focuses on the study of the financial resources of military enterprises and institutions in large enterprises Service sharing service platform construction.Under the influence of historical reasons and the environment of software and hardware,military enterprises and institutions cannot simply copy the ordinary financial sharing center.It can only be based on the ordinary financial sharing service center.Taking the China Electronic Science and Technology Group Co.,Ltd as an example,the main functions of its financial sharing service platform,the pilot situation,and the effect achieved are described in detail.The implementation idea of "one standard,two-tier architecture,multiple centers and three platforms" in line with CLP Co.Through the case,also found in the actual implementation,some problems still exist in the Financial Shared Service Center,these problems need us to practice,continue to explore,finally can be well solved;for Financial Shared Service in the future,this paper also gives a prospect,advanced technology and management concepts emerge in an endless stream,some let the financial shared services to a level that we can not imagine.
