Crop Revenue Insurance And Pricing Research In China

The current agricultural insurance system in our country is part of the guarantee of output risk,with the disadvantages of the low level of guarantee and limited scope of protection.The income insurance of agricultural products can cover both risk factors of production and price at the same time,and the two kinds of risks can be relatedly guaranteed,which can effectively protect the stable income of farmers and reduce the risk of agricultural production and operation so as to ensure the national agricultural production security and food stability,Insurance is the inevitable direction for the development of agricultural insurance in the future.This article starts with the development course of the most American agricultural insurance,deeply analyzes the main products and operation ideas of the U.S.income insurance,and draws lessons from our country's successful experience from the insurance policy and subsidy policy.For our country to carry out the feasibility of the staple food crop insurance,this paper takes corn production in Heilongjiang Province as an example,using five different distribution to fit hegrain-producing risk and price risk for the yield of 16 grain-producing areas,such as Gamma distribution and the lognormal distribution.The research shows that the risk of corn planting income varies greatly between different producing areas,reflecting the regional economic differences.On this basis,through the Copula model,the rate of revenue of maize in different producing areas is determined,and the rate is determined for the division.In this paper,by discriminating the income risks among different producing areas,the income insurance rate is determined by the product design Core issues for more accurate estimates,proposed with regional characteristics of the rate determination program and pricing model,with a highly practical reference.
