Research On The Evaluation Of Land Conservation And Intensive Use Under The Concept Of Green Development

With the rapid development of urbanization,land shortage has become a key factor restricting economic development.In order to improve land using level,optimize the allocation of land resources and achieve the expansion of the city from the connotation to the excavation,the need for further conservation of land using has already grown.Green land utilization and saving utilization conforms to the development direction of the society,and become the important guarantee of a conservation oriented society,an important guarantee for sustainable development and ecological civilization construction.And it's also an important way to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land,protection of environment,and promotion to the sustainable development of economy and society.As a backward region in Jiangsu,Suqian has some unreasonable land use patterns,which have led to the extensive use of land,the decline of ecological environment quality of urban development.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant concepts and theoretical basis of land use,and then analyzes the general situation of Suqian city,including energy consumption level,land pollution control level,land investment level,land output level and land use intensity level.A total of 14 indexes are chosen to construct the evaluation index system of land economization and intensity.We use entropy method to calculate the score of 5 counties by land economization and intensity,then analyze the evaluation results.We draw the following conclusions:Land economization and intensity level of Suqiann shows very low,also there's a big gap among 5 countyies,but the future land utilization potential is huge.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of planning guidance,scientific function orientation,adjustment of economic structure,optimizing the layout of construction land,and improving the relevant institutional environment.We hope to provide a reference for the new round of land use planning in Suqian,and provide some reference for the government to guide the land economization and intensity.
