Since the second half of the 19 th century,the industrial revolution broke out and the global economy was unprecedentedly prosperous.However,under its grand conditions,the uncoordinated,incoherent,and uncoordinated relations between economic and social development and the ecological environment have deepened,causing widespread concern for all human beings and fierce discussions among experts and scholars in a wide range of fields.Under this background,the green economy emerged as a new model of development.It has become a scientific consensus program to resolve multiple challenges for resources and the environment and respond to climate change and financial crisis.It has also profoundly affected the economic and social development process and competition in various countries.Pattern evolution.In the past decades,the Chinese economy has made remarkable achievements,but most of these achievements have come at the expense of the ecological environment.This has changed the previous pattern of economic growth,and the transition from a “black economy” to a “green economy” is also a current China.The meaning of economic development.In recent years,the economic and social strength of Sichuan Province has been continuously enhanced in the process of developing the western region.However,in the western region where the ecological environment is fragile and the economy is relatively backward,regional development is unbalanced,the overall level is not high,and resource utilization efficiency is still low.Existence,the development of green economy needs to be optimized.Therefore,through the research on related theories and practices of green economy at home and abroad,the construction of a green economy evaluation index system is of great necessity and practical significance for measuring,evaluating and guiding the development of green economy in Sichuan Province.This paper builds on the construction and application of Sichuan's green economy evaluation index system,firstly based on relevant literature and theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign green economy.Second,through a series of steps to build the system and select indicators,using Delphi method to consider the views of experts,combined with the availability of data and other factors,the final construction of green Sichuan province from the four aspects of economic growth,resource conservation,environmental protection and policy orientation Economic evaluation index system.Third,we use the more practical AHP to determine the weights and construct a comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,through the calculation of each data of Sichuan Province from 2008 to 2016,a specific index is obtained to compare and analyze each dimension and the overall index,and the challenges and opportunities faced by Sichuan's green economy development are explored,and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Based on this research idea,the innovations and main contents of this paper are:First of all,in view of the current conditions of China's regional resources and environmental conditions,and unbalanced economic and social development,the specific research on different provinces is an urgent requirement for the implementation of the current green economy.This paper narrows down the analysis to an important province in the western part of China.Sichuan Province is targeted and specific.Secondly,regarding the study of the green index,the existing literature mostly evaluates the current status of the green development model in terms of resources,environment,environmental protection,human life,etc.,and pays insufficient attention to the interaction between the economy,society,ecology,environment,and policies in the green economy.Based on this research,this paper responds to the requirements of national policies and emphasizes that under the premise of safeguarding resources and environment,it is necessary to make economy to the environment,and to promote the economy to better and faster development.Again,the establishment of the indicator system read a large number of domestic and foreign research results and extracted the experience for Sichuan Province.According to a certain path and method,weighing and selecting the evaluation system constructed by a large number of indicators,the specific practical application,and can reflect the current issues related to the development of green economy in Sichuan Province.Finally,the indicator analysis shows that the green economy in Sichuan Province is developing rapidly and with good momentum,but the challenges and opportunities faced.By avoiding weaknesses and taking advantage of weaknesses,we can explore the strategic outlets and countermeasures for the development of green economy in Sichuan Province.
